Lindsey Weber

I am
A first time mom, wife, Realtor and Listing Manager

Proudest Moment
Marrying my amazing husband and bringing home our baby boy!

Perfect Day
I am an early riser, so my perfect day would be walking up early on a weekend, going on a run outside, then going to a cute little café with my family for a breakfast and coffee date. The rest of the day I would spend outside doing some sort of activity whether playing tennis, hiking, gardening or a DIY project around the house.

I would then end with a family BBQ (which I would host because I love to cook!) Baby Back Ribs (my favorite food) would be the main feature on the menu. That night we would sit around a bon-fire with country or classic rock playing and enjoying s’mores or ice-cream!

First Job
Underwriter and Senior Purchase Specialist at Provident Funding Associates LP

Biggest Challenge
Patience! Learning to let go and know I can’t control everything.

Superhero Power
Being able to see the future!

What I love about Chico/Butte County
Chico has a small town feel with some of the bigger city amenities. I love having access to the great hiking trails within Bidwell Park, farmers markets and all of the unique shops and restaurants around town.

Lindsey Weber

My name is Lindsey, and I grew up in Carmichael, California. I come from a very close-knit family of four, and have an older sister who is one of my best friends. I am a huge family person, and talk to my parents and sister almost every day. I grew up playing and watching sports, camping, doing snow and water sports, and working in the yard and around the house.

I went to college at Arizona State University on a soccer scholarship, and graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business with a Bachelors in Marketing. While in school, I met my husband, who played football for ASU. I got my first job out of college working for a mortgage company, where I stayed for a little over 4 years. Within that span I was trained and worked as an Underwriter, processed refinance loans, and later specialized in purchase transactions.

As I mentioned, I am extremely close to my family, and so after a few years I convinced my husband to move back to Northern California so that we could be closer to family. My husband’s job brought us to Chico about a year ago — a place neither of us had ever been — and we have fallen in love with the area and the community.

I had left my job to move to Chico, and since I’d always been interested in Real Estate, I applied and started working with The Simpkins Team!
My husband and I finally bought a house in Chico, and christened it by getting a little Golden Retriever puppy named Brady! We couldn’t be happier in Chico, and now being a part of the Keller Williams Family!
